We started our café restaurant with a clear vision: to bring Greek gastronomy to our town and foster a sense of community. Our dream is to create a space where people can come together to enjoy great food and share experiences. Our dream was to open a café that would bring the community together.

The Name

The name "Nomas" holds a beautiful significance that intertwines tradition and modernity. It is derived from the owners' last names, creating a personal connection to the establishment's identity. Additionally, "Nomas" translates to "Nomad" in English, perfectly encapsulating what we stand for.
